Bar Manager

We are looking for a Bar Manager FT.
Responsibilities:
*Key holder
*Maintain stock inventory
*Create drink menu (seasonal)
*Knowledge of spirit distillation & maturation an advantage
*Staff scheduling
*Ensure that the bar is well stocked and clean at all times
*Tracks customer behaviour and sales
*Maintains budget and monitors costs
*Maintains drink recipe documentations
*Oversee planning for special events such as bar takeovers, rum dinners, rum tastings & private events
*Manage a team of 3/4 and delegate tasks accordingly
*Hires, train and promote staff and when necessary, discipline staff.
Qualifications / Skills that are vital to this role!
*Accomplished mixologist with at least 3 years’ cocktail bartending experience in a fast-paced cocktail bar environment, must know the classics and how to balance a cocktail.

*Knowledge of rum is preferred, but we can/will train the right candidate
Benefits & work hours
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
You will be required to work nights, and weekends, you will be paid for any overtime hours worked and tips are included.
