Bar Manager

We are looking for a creative bar manager, someone who has the vision to take our pre batch cocktail program to the next level with a proven track record in creating cocktails whilst utilitising different drink making technique. We have the largest rum collection in Europe so our cocktail program is all based on rum. So if you love rum then this is the role for you to reach your full potential.
We are a very close knit team so you must have experience working in a high volume bar and able to communicate with both our guests and staff in a positive manner while keeping your cool under stressful situations.
This is a full time role so you should reliable and available to work nights and weekends.
We are ideally looking for someone who can communicate in both English & Swedish.
