We’re a modern consultant company specialising in app development. Since we were acquired by the innovation group Wellstreet in 2017, we’ve hit reset and gone through some major changes. Today, we’re a small but tight team and we’re looking to expand with people who are excited to build Hackberry together with us. Our new home is The Factory, located in an up-and-coming area in Sollentuna. Here we work under the same roof as a variety of exciting startups and scaleups.

WHAT WE DO

We’re a consultancy company specialised in app development, and when we get to choose Flutter and google firebase is our weapon of choice. We’re currently working on one of Stockholm’s biggest Flutter projects inhouse here in The Factory. It’s super exciting!

You will have the opportunity to work in 3 different types of projects.

- As a hired consultant on-site with a customer.
- With in-house projects linked to an external customer.
- With in-house projects linked to startup companies in Wellstreet's portfolio.

Whether you have an on-site assignment with a customer or are in-house, we put a lot of focus on finding the right project for you so that you develop in your role. We take pride in providing a solution that suits all our employees.

WHAT YOU GET

We aim to build a company that we wish to work for ourselves. We offer a fixed salary and good benefits to all. There is no dependency on hours billed or such. All training is provided during paid working hours, etc. We call this consultant 2.0. No bullshit, full transparency and a place where you can focus on what you are best at without compromising your balance of life.

By the way, we also offer you to join us as an employee or an independent billing from your own company. You get the same benefits and skills development whatever you chose, with the security and balance of “regular” employment.

The most important thing is that you have a true passion for Flutter, Firebase and the google ecosystem. You probably have a background in native app development, but have some experience working with Flutter either professionally or in own projects.
