BI & Analytics Architecture

We need a stable architecture to cater for our future requirements being able to have consolidated reports with different applications and sources.

The scope: Discovery, assessment and planning

- Understand and assess the existing state of applications, technology and data landscape
Discover and profile data sources. Analyze existing data models and understand the load strategy
Understand the data security requirements, data governance and access requirements
Perform an assessment and evaluation of the different options/solutions and present that to AAGS
Define the scope and develop the design which are aligned with stakeholders
Create a detailed project plan and actions along with efforts for the subsequent steps
Drive any RFP process depending on outcomes of the discovery, assessment and planning phase
Design overall data architecture and data modelling, as well as standards and processes
Develop strategies and plans for BI / analytics applications
Analyze and translate the business requirements into architectural designs and technology solutions and support
requirements assessment, solution, and process planning

Requirements Must have:

- Experience in working in global organizations with stakeholders in different time zones and culture

- You are strong in conceptual, logical, object, relational data modelling and experience in defining data architecture frameworks.

- Have expertise in data visualization software (QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, etc.) for effective data presentation.

- Experience working with Cloud Computing

- You have strong project management skills and experience in managing onshore/offshore team and attention to detail, a drive for accuracy and a strong work ethic.

- You are a team player, result-oriented and structured that proactively and independently deliver according to strategy and goals.

- Since English is our corporate language, we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.

Nice to have:

- Experience in planning and driving an RFP process

- Experience in working with modelling of data from Microsoft AX or SAP S/4 Hana
