So we have a lot of data to work with!

As a BI developer you take part in our Data Analytics Team. We have a well established BI platform built around Datawarehouse best practices such as Kimball and the Darwin framework. We use SSAS and Power BI as reporting tools. Your work will include maintaining our platform, tuning performance, connecting new data sources and dimensions, creating new data repositories and reports. But also taking part in evaluating the next generations of tools and platforms.

You are not only a master of technologies such as Kimball, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Microsoft SQL, Oracle SQL. You also have the ability to understand how information is modelled and flows within our systems. You can independently come to conclusions about complex processes by looking at its data. You view the world with SQL and logical reasoning as your magnifying glass.

 

You have a proven track record of mastering large data domains. Experience from retail and ecommerce is merituous, but buildning reporting structures for other industries is also a valid background.

You are a good team player and communicator. You like to talk both to IT and business. You can use your findings and present the essentials in a useful way for end users in a clear and understandable way.
