Assignment Description:
We are looking for a skilled BI Developer to join a team supporting the organization in becoming data-driven. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality BI solutions that improve business insights and decision-making. The candidate will contribute to the development of standardized processes, efficient delivery methods, and effective dashboards in a fast-paced environment.
What you will work on:
Design and develop intuitive dashboards in Power BI based on business requirements
Gather, understand, and prioritize user stories in collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders
Coach and guide internal customers toward simple, clear, and effective BI solutions
Work closely with data engineers to define backend requirements for data models
Apply Power BI best practices in data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design to ensure efficiency and quality
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team

What you bring:
Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI
Strong experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and understanding business challenges
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a bilingual (Swedish/English) environment
Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner
Minimum 5 years of experience in BI development and analytics
