Mission
You will manage, drive and coordinate single and multiple team deliverables engaging with multiple delivery leads and BI Developers within the Analytics domain.
Manage resources in the BI/Analytics delivery team, hire to retire.
Approach projects with the strategic goals as a focus of the delivery.
Actively engage the people throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Establish a standardized delivery process for the BI domain.
Work close with projects, programs, people, vendors and resources across all levels of the organization.
Secure competence and capacity for efficient BI deliveries towards business within the BI/Analytics domain.
Establish a standardized demand-delivery process for the BI and Analytics domain in close collaboration with BI Product Manager and BI & Integration Operations Manager.
Work closely and proactively with business stakeholders to gather and plan requirements with all process councils and divisions within the Data Analytics domain.
Ensure internal collaboration and alignment between Global Integration Product Manager and Global BI Product Manager to ensure product and delivery are in symbiosis.

Your profile
You have a University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience.
Relevant working experience within the Information Technology and Data Analytics/Business Intelligence area. Additionally, you have a broad understanding and of business processes and learn easily.
You have experience with leading a team and coaching.
You have proven experience of business analysis and project management.
As our corporate language is English, good verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
You are a team player with a „can do“ attitude.

Location and travel
The location for this role is flexible within the Epiroc IT HUB locations depending on the candidate.
As the role is global and meeting the team and stakeholders is vital, you can expect travelling.
