Position Billing Specialist

Their growth strategy has recently accelerated by the acquisitions of leading ERP provider SSA Global, of Extensity, a financial performance management software company, and Systems Union Group, a UK-based provider of financial and performance management solutions. The company's headquarters are located in Atlanta and Chicago, USA.


Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC)
To support their fast growing organization and to improve efficiency, the company has decided to expand their existing EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Financial Shared Service Centers in the Netherlands (Barneveld) and in the UK. The FSSC's will focus on accounting services, billing, accounts payable and credit control.

Key Responsibilities
The billing specialist will be responsible for the invoicing of all revenue generated from license and maintenance contracts. In addition you will be responsible for the total revenue administration and invoicing of the consultancy activities within the EMEA region. The billing specialist will be in close contact with other internal departments. You will be part of a team of 14 billing professionals and you will report to the Manager Billing of the Financial Shared Service Center.

" Revenue accounting services and consultancy activities
" Set up engagements in services system


Requirements

" Administrative business education, i.e. MEAO (Netherlands)
" Extensive knowledge of Excel
" Excellent knowledge of English
" For a number of vacancies we are specifically looking for candidates with good knowledge of either German, Spanish, French or Italian
