Description

The client is looking for an experienced consultant in BIM modelling to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to support the BIM team with updating existing models to the best BIM standards and developing new models when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

- With support from technical teams update existing models to the correct technical and BIM standards
- Understand the products and ensure models’ accuracy based on technical documents and rulebook
- Identify and flag issues where discrepancies occur during modelling
- Participate in the process of reviewing models together with technical team
- Follow BIM standards and best practices


Mandatory competence and experience:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in working with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge and interest in working with BIM
- Technical problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and good communication skills
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge in ArchiCAD and IFC exports will have an added advantage
