The applicant will mostly be working at a customer in the biomedical industry in the Gothenburg region.
As a Biobank Research Scientist your role will include:
Manage customer orders using specialized information systems and databases.
Respond to customer queries via mail or telephone.
Cooperate with Biobank groups globally and with customers
Solve issues that occur during processing to accommodate continuous improvement.
