Arbetsuppgifter Our client, a large pharmaceutical company located in Mölndal, is searching for an experienced Biophysics Scientist to join the Structure and Biophysics section, which task is to provide detailed information about ligand binding to drug targets using structural and biophysical approaches like X-ray crystallography, Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and Surface Plasmon Resonance (SRP) methods. As a member of the department you will be expected to contribute to the scientific and technical development within the team. Utbildning/erfarenhet Candidates are expected to have a Master degree or higher in Biophysics or related relevant area. It is essential to possess experience of at least one biophysical technique to study protein-ligand binding, working knowledge of thermodynamics and kinetics of protein-ligand binding and good understanding of protein biochemistry. Experience of working within a large organization across a multidisciplinary setting will be viewed favourably. As a person you are flexible and have good communication and problem solving skills.
