Job Description
Together with the store manager you are responsible for the Mister Spex KPIs of your store
As the coordinator, you always have an overview of the floor and make sure that all team members are trained and constantly developed further
With your communication skills and positive energy, you inspire your team and show passion to our customers with our products


Qualifications
Previous experience in store management, retail and/or optometry
Together with the store manager, you lead your team that is always performance driven
You have outstanding communication skills, are a team player and know how to motivate a team
