1 plats.Engelska Skolan Norr is seeking an assistant principal for grades 6-9. ESN is a bilingual English and Swedish independent school with 520 students in grades 0-9 plus after school care.. The school has two classes at each level from kindergarten to grade nine.The 6-9 classes are housed in two beautifully renovated buildings once a part of Roslagstull Hospital but now a part of the new Albanova Science Center. As assistant Principal for grades 6-9 you will be part of the school's leadership group which includes the principal, and two other assistant principals.Our main goals at ESN are to create a secure learning environment for our students so that each one can reach his/her full potential. Among your tasks will be: Assisting the principal in leading and planning the work in the school Assisting the principal with administration and personnel questions Aiding with recruitment and substitutes Student Care Work Contributing to the School's pedagogical development Work environment responsibilities Quality follow up We are in the first place, seeking a person who Has a pedagogical university level education Has undergone the national or municipal principal education or other leadership education H as experience from leadership in a Swedish school Has the ability to enthuse staff and students Can create a team around him/her Is structured and knows how to plan in advance Can explain clearly in Swedish and English Can adjust to changes Is calm Is a source of knowledge for others If you do not fulfill all of the above you ar welcome to seek the position anyway.
