Black Belt Engineer

Black Belt Engineer Your main tasks will be to: Drive and support improvement activities based on the Six Sigma concept of processes and procedures within our production activities.Take responsibility for and manage the training of our managers and staff to understand and apply Six Sigma in their improvement projects.Be SWEP's competence center for Six Sigma, and support other plants with your expertise when necessary. This requires that you: Have completed Black Belt training.Are well acquainted with the Six Sigma concept.Have a fundamental knowledge of statistical methods for improvement and problem-solving processes and of analytical and innovative models.Have extensive experience of organizing and running improvement projects in accordance with the Six Sigma concept, and possess a good knowledge of process mapping and process analysis.Have good spoken and written English.You will report to the Plant Manager, Landskrona.We assume that you see the necessity for constant improvement.We also expect you to react positively to rapid change and, from time to time, a high workload.Experience of the automotive industry (particularly with a subcontractor) will be an additional advantage.
