UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.Through UCG recruitment we also help companies with permanent staff.All our openings require at least three years work experience from the IT business. Job Description You will be a part of a delivery team of 10-12 people at a large telecom company in Sweden.Your role is to develop/configure a Remedy ITSM 7 solution.The project is headed by a project manager and an IT Architect and you will be developing by the instructions and specifications handed out by the project management team. The first development phase starts mid March and ends with release one in the end of June.The project will continue after phase one with additional development and rollout throughout the organisation.
