Arbetsbeskrivning
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Details: Must have a relevant engineering degree (minimum BSc/BEng) or equivalent or chartered status. Must have "front end" or conceptual design experience of power related plant (fossil fuel plant technology highly desirable). Must have hands on experience in the design of hot structures associated with large utility power boilers. This will include experience in the design of boiler sling, suspension deck, framing/buckstays components, calculating boiler movements and flues and ducts. Must have experience of material selection and suitable structural codes to meet the stringent conditions for these components.
