We are now hiring a Corporate Counsel to our legal department in Stockholm.

The position
RaySearch Laboratories legal department works with, among other things, the different types of contracts which are the most common in RaySearchs business (license agreements, research agreements, distribution agreements, agreements with our suppliers etc.). In addition, the legal department deals with intellectual property law issues, corporate and stock exchange law issues, personal data law issues, anti-corruption rules and procedures, the employee profit sharing foundation RayFoundation, establishing subsidiaries abroad, and liaising with Swedish and foreign law firms. The person appointed will work with all or virtually all different types of legal issues that may arise.

At RaySearch you will work for a good cause in a very dynamic, international and multi-cultural environment, in our brand new offices in the middle of Stockholm.

Qualifications & skills
You must be very well versed in core Swedish civil law, and it is also important that you be knowledgeable about those areas of intellectual property law that are of relevance to RaySearch, such as copyright law, patent law and trademark law. You must be able to express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and since a great deal of your work will be carried out in English, it is also a requirement that you be proficient in English. Additional language skills will provide further useful qualifications. Preferably, you should have 3-5 years of relevant work experience, for instance from a law firm or from working as in-house counsel.

It is important that you be meticulous, sociable and unpretentious.
