We are searching for a talented Brand Comms & Media planner to partner with the Social, Content and Creative teams to ensure that our campaigns are integrated across paid and own channels that best meet brand communications and broader business objectives. This calls for a media strategist with a creative heart and an analytical mind that can contextualize an idea within the appropriate channels and ultimately ensure that creative execution and media all work in perfect harmony.

This position will report to the Brand Director and will focus on driving brand awareness, consideration and advocacy metrics across a blend of paid and own channels.



Your Future

- Partner closely with broader brand and performance marketing teams to ensure that our creative ideas make most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned and paid channels, and are deployed via innovative, targeted media and technology, and support the development of new channels (eg chatbots)
- Work with the Copy team to ensure that our communications ideas are adopted and executed seamlessly throughout social, PR, and .com properties, as well as leveraging a full paid channel ecosystem where relevant
- Educate relevant teams on media innovations that will provide new opportunities to reach our target audience and could be leveraged to drive growth
- Challenge and inspire content teams day in, day out, and encouraging them to think differently about how channels can work to enhance what they’re producing
- Create measurable campaign KPIs, helping to enhance creative effectiveness and improve sell rate of innovative ideas throughout the paid and own channel mix. Challenge the value of all work produced to ensure it’s delivering against KPIs
- Read and analyze campaign metrics and leverage insights from data to improve comms effectiveness
- Media/ecosystem channel planning to deliver brand awareness and consideration objectives: providing best-practise education for our campaigns and always on communications plans by ensuring that this is underpinned by an understanding of the best channels to leverage in order to drive growth, business and commercial objectives.
- Responsible for demonstrating an understanding of consumer behaviors within media, and a working knowledge of media relevant to the client’s business including TV, digital, social, experiential, print, OOH, and search
- Bring communications planning alive and demonstrate how media can be used creatively to give ideas an extra dimension
- Help us to manage best in class media planning and buying for (non-performance) campaigns across all media channels, both on and offline across our most important European markets


Your Skills & Past

- 4-6 years of experience in a comms planning, media planning, digital strategy or a social planning role; expertise in developing digital, social and experiential marketing plans essential
- Experience in an advertising, digital or media agency (or a combination of all three)
- Experience with integrated advertising campaigns across multiple media channels and the ability to demonstrate its impact on the brand
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and an understanding of the role analytics plays in selling and measuring ideas (including Google Analytics as a tool)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and eloquently present
- Well organized and detail oriented
