We are now looking for a Brand Experience Lead with a passion for creating outstanding brand experiences, who will lead how our brand comes alive in our stores environment.
Job Description
As Brand Experience Lead you will lead the creative direction of the brand experience in our stores, and coach our teams to turn the brand concept into reality assuring that it is strengthening our overall brand perception of H&M and is in line with our brand platform.
In this role you’ll work close with Store Experience & Commercial team to develop the store concepts and formats. Together you will also secure and build the needed and desired creative capabilities and create a network of the most new-thinking and innovative brains within branding and concept development. You’ll be be a champion for the H&M Store Brand Experience to ensure all cross-functional teams (central, regional hubs, and market affiliates) have a clear and common understanding of our strategic & creative direction for store brand experience. In addition to this you’ll also contribute to develop the overall H&M brand platform and collaborate with other brand experience leads to create one distinctive and recognizable brand.
More specifically, you will:
Be responsible for setting the creative direction of H&M store brand experience and assure that it is strengthening our overall brand perception of H&M, in line with our brand platform.
Assure creative direction in all concept development, that it is in line with our brand platform, elevating our products and collections and enabling outstanding commerciality.
Guide the creative development process from ideation, mockup designing, prototyping to testing into implementation.
Be responsible for the development and ownership of the H&M store master identity including asset creation and frameworks but also ongoing steering. Ensure that the creative vision and identity is realized by translating it into tangible deliverables for our creative teams, include but not limited to:
Concept/format development including components and modules
Oversee translation of and/or set or framework for campaign extensions in to Stores
Co-develop (Physical) store calendar program & partnership model
Monitor industry trends and innovations and use this as an inspiration to set the creative direction of the brand experience in our stores.
Package ideas into clear concepts, presentations and storyboards.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role as Brand Experience Lead, you have extended experience from building and leading creative teams and delivering on business strategies. You are used to using insights as a part of you concept development and you have broad experience from working with consumer brands within fashion, lifestyle, athleisure, or beauty. In addition, you are a real team player that are great at communication and enjoy connecting with people across the entire organization.
We also see that you have:
10+ years of experience in developing store concepts/formats in line with an overall brand platform
10+ years of experience in developing a store design in with an overall brand identity
Extended experience in building brand experiences that incorporates customer experience needs.
Extended experience in creating holistic brand experiences in collaboration with other channels.

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible and are based in our head office in Stockholm, Sweden.
