At Electrolux we have a global portfolio of over 70 brands of which the Electrolux, AEG and ZANUSSI brand are the focused ones for Business Area Europe. 


We have partnerships with external parties who were granted to use our brands to market their products for specific product categories and geographies. In close cooperation with the European Brand License Team and marketing function the brand license partners are trained, guided and supported to activate the granted brand according to the brand- and touchpoint activation guidelines.

As part of the European Brand Strategy team and member of the cross-functional European brand license team YOU will drive strategic and tactical brand governance with our brand license partners. This whilst ensuring our partners comply 100% to the set guidelines for brands, product and touchpoint activations. You’ll be an important member of the brand license team for developing existing licensing partnerships as our brand ambassadors and assessing potential licensing partners on brand and marketing capabilities in the prospecting phase. 


The ultimate goal is to help licensees build most desirable Electrolux brands (AEG, Electrolux, ZANUSSI) as the Electrolux group does itself. This by applying the brand- and touchpoint guidelines providing simply outstanding consumer experiences for licensed products with brand license partners.


This is a full-time position based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office!


A regular day at work 
- Own and drive the Electrolux European marketing agenda towards existing and new licensees.
- Introduce and support partners on the Electrolux guidelines for brands and its touchpoint activation.
- Evaluate and approve product requests from brand license partners in line with the agreed trademark license contracts in close cooperation with business development and quality.
- Evaluation, development support and approval of branded product packaging according to the guidelines.
- Evaluation, development support and approval of marketing collaterals and its activation (printed, websites, social media, branded content, campaigns etc.)
- Own and drive Brand Audits with licensees according to the agreed annual calendar
- Contribute to annual strategic planning cycle for the brand license business
- Support business development in quarterly, monthly business reviews following-up on actual marketing topics and licensee marketing plans for the coming 12 months (CMAP).
- Represent marketing in the re-occurring European Brand Licensing Counsel meetings with senior management members

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields 
- Experience with strategic as well as tactical marketing planning and execution in consumer-focused categories (durables, consumables, FMCG)
- High affinity and experience with brand management and execution
- Fluent in English
