Brand Manager As Brand Manager for Findus Frozen Multiportion Meals, your responsibility is to strengthen the brand?s position as market leader within this category.Your task is to grow the size of the current portfolio and drive development of new concepts.You will monitor the performance of your portfolio and set long and short term strategies and activities in order to grow the brand and reach agreed targets.As Brand Manager you are responsible for the execution of all marketing activities and work closely with the innovation and the category teams to identify and roll out new initiatives.Who are you?You have a Masters degree in Business Administration, preferably within Marketing.You have at least three years?experience within fast-moving consumer goods and brand management with a proven track record of marketing success.You have a broad marketing knowledge and also a good understanding of Category Management, as well as proven experience of project management.Experience of product development is desirable As a person, you are results oriented, active, energetic and highly motivated to make a difference.You have an analytical and strategic mindset, are skilled in operational and tactical actions and have a proactive approach.You see yourself as a team player with the confidence to hold yourself and others accountable for their actions and you believe in your ability to deliver.You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
