Brand Manager - Sweden

Our client, The BS-Group is one of the largest cigar manufacturers in the world and markets successfully the brands Ritmeester and Al Capone in the Swedish market.For the Swedish operations, they are now looking for a Brand Manager, Stockholm, Sweden. Work description As the Swedish Brand manager you will represent the company in Sweden and work closely together with the importer and the promotion company.You will be in charge of looking after and motivating the promotion company and its employees regarding all sales related activities in Sweden in order to achieve wide distribution and exposure of our products in all market segments.You are also responsible for implementing the group strategy and further developing and growing the sales volume of our defined core products.Additionally, you will maximise the brand exposure and secure the visibility of our core products through the distribution channels.Your key responsibilities are: *Identifying and defining sales strategies and executing them accordingly *Effectively communicating group strategy to importer/promoter *Identifying and prioritising market segments and key account management including handling key accounts with all ins and outs *Initiating solutions for market and optimizing distribution and promotions per segment *Working together with Group Marketing unit on implementation of activities *Responsible for monitoring sales and marketing activities *Informing and motivating sales team of the importer/promoter *Relationship building with the importer/promoter and making sure they function to our maximum satisfaction *Providing regular reporting as defined *No office job/ It all happens out in the market Candidate profile You have experience preferably from working in an international marketing organization.It is also of importance to have experience with FMCG and the retail market.Your educational background is from within sales.You have strong entrepreneurial skills with an ability to think outside of the box.You're an enthusiastic person with excellent social/people skills.Additionally, you are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish.Strong IT skills are also essential.Additionally, you will need to have a social situation allowing extensive traveling, mainly throughout Sweden.
