Brand Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to further develop NA-KD’s brand partner portfolio! As the role for brands within the business continues to grow and evolve this role is a key position at NA-KD and you will have the opportunity to be part of forming it yourself. You will work closely with other key senior stakeholders across Marketing, Design, Buying, Wholesale and Operations to create a strategy that balances the needs of the business, consumer and the brand, whilst maximising commercial revenue.

Your Future

- Work with the Brand Director, Chief Product Officer, and Head of Influencer Marketing to define and deliver the strategy and commercial plan for NA-KD’s brand partnerships
- Own and deliver a pipeline of partnerships that delivers to both brand and business objectives - brand awareness, new customer acquisition and retention
- Work collaboratively across multiple parts of the business to deliver world class, highly innovative, customer insight-led integrated campaigns aligned to NA-KD’s brand marketing strategy
- You will lead the identification, planning and delivery of top tier brand partnerships across NA-KD’s key markets, and own the relationship with those partners
- Define and constantly innovate our offering to brands so that we are delivering compelling customer experiences and maximising value to the brands.
- Work with the brands to capitalise on any relevant integrated programs, especially around shared audiences or visibility


Your Past & Your Skills

- 4+ years experience from a similar position
- Proven track record of delivering against commercial targets
- Proven track record of working collaboratively, at a senior level, across departments to land a strategy
- Ability conceptualize complex partnerships
- Knowledge of fashion retail
- Experience of working on large-scale, cross platform initiatives (digital, mobile and print preferable)
- Ability to showcase great agency and/or client contacts within the fashion/beauty industry
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiator, able to identify opportunities and make the most of them
- Strong admin and organisational skills
