We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager for a Nordics Insurance Customer of TCS. You will be reporting to the Insurance Vertical head Nordic. The account delivery managers from onsite and offshore location will report into you. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordics and/or abroad (incl India) will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintaining and improving relationships with the customer
-Coordinate with TCS personnel to meet account performance and meet customer expectations
-Achieve assigned sales targets
-Create account strategy based on performance, financial targets, for a one to three year period
-Lead solution development efforts to address customer pain points
-Perform regular delivery reviews and act as the escalation point in case of service delivery deviations
-Responsible to achieve Profit and Loss, customer satisfaction etc
-Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same
-Develop and manage TCS's relationship with the Customers at all levels
-Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordic
-Develop value added consulting solutions for the local Nordic market
-Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
-Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required
-Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordics customers
-Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS's existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the Nordic market
-Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS's global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-7 years of experience in, IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery, business development and creating GTM strategy, CXO level client relationship management and leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
-Bachelors degree in Computer engineering/Electronics engineering
-Fluent in English, other Nordic languages are a plus.
-Good knowledge of Insurance business across P&C, Life and Commercial/ specialty insurance business and very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations.
