We would like to hire a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to take on part of the client responsibility for a large telecom client (equipment vendor) of TCS, headquartered in the region. In the role you will be based out of our TCS Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm, and report into the TCS Global Relationship Manager (IT) for client. You will also be a key member of the TCS Senior Leadership Team for the targeted client. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad (incl India) will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with senior business leaders including the clients Business Unit heads and their teams to deeply understand strategic and tactical business objectives.
- Work with IT Leadership to create and implement business strategies that leverage and integrate IT strategy of architecture, infrastructure, and application development of existing and new technology to achieve business objectives.
- Work with business clients to define current and desired future state operating models and business capability roadmaps.
- Through participation in Governance committees, ensure overall execution of the project portfolios and capability roadmap realization, and measure the quality and business value of IT investments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Point of escalation in the event services are not meeting expected outcomes. Establish and maintain effective communication and engagement with appropriate executives and managers.
- Drive alt contribute in client presentations, solution workshops, etc which could be a part of bid processes (incl. RFI, RFP etc) as and when required.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 8 years experience in IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales, IT Services delivery and business development and creating GTM strategy, whereof significant part of the experience from a firm using GNDM (experience from working/ collaborating with TCS is a plus).
- Extensive background from telecom, candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of the business model, challenges etc for telecom equipment vendors, and how IT services/GNDM can be used as an advantage.
-Proven experience from managing client relationship.
-Fluency in English (written/spoken).
-University degree in computer Science is essential.
-Flexibility to work across Nordic countries and India is a MUST.
