BSS Lead Manager

We are expanding our business in Scandinavia and are looking for a person interested in joining our team. Right now we need one BSS Lead Manager who will be in direct communication with the Global Sales Team and the Presales and Production Managers. We are looking for someone with a already highly developed contact network and who has the ability to think outside the box and create new businesses. We offer you the chance to work in a very dynamic team which gives room to be creative. You will be involved in all processes that cover Lead Management: -Lead Generation -Customer Inquiries -Lead Grading and Distribution -Sales contact and follow up. Plenty of travelling will be required for this position. Minimum Educational Requirements: -Bachelor's degree or equivalent -4+ years of professional experience -Excellent communication skills -Strong interpersonal skills -Strong organizational and presentation skills -Result and customer oriented -Stress tolerant and flexible -Technical understanding -Ability to set up conferences -Ability to navigate corporate structures to indentify decision makers and determine buying processes -Outbound B2B phone marketing or sales experience preferred Languages required: English and Macedonian (both obligatory), Czech and Bulgarian.
