<b>Arbetsbeskrivning</b> The Team Leader for Operations leads Operations on a daily, operational, basis by ensuring that the daily tasks are done by the System Administrators (SA) and System Specialists (SS) according to their job descriptions, agreed task list and mini-projects.The Team Leader should also ensure that SA/SS are knowledgeable and keep a high and even service-level towards defined network, by motivating, prioritizing, delegation of daily tasks and IT processes. Team Leader Operations is responsible for staff scheduling, documentation and reporting of statistics.She/he even ensures that all incidents, problems and change requests are handled according to the IT process. Team Leader Operations is responsible for long term stability of the IT environment, daily monitoring and acting upon urgent failures and high priority cases.He/she should also represent Operations in different forums, internal/external meetings and customer visits. Team Leader Operations works closely with the manager of Operations & Support to continuously improve daily routines, IT environment, current process, level of service towards the customers and the Operations function as a whole.Team Leader Operations also has the same responsibilities as a System Administrator while not doing team-leading activities.<b>Ansvarsområde</b> Staff planning and scheduling for SA/SS Ensures that the IT environment has a high level of availability, operational reliability and security Standardization and improvement of Operations methods Actively monitors the IT environment and acts on abnormalities, failures and security breaches Overall responsibility for incoming incidents, problems, IT orders, change requests and releases handled by Operations Plans and executes system maintenance activities Generates reports and statistics for internal/external use Represents Operations in different forums and meetings Ensures that administrative tasks are well handled Ensures that the SA/SS efficiently use current tools and proposes improvements Reports team performance, status, progression on tasks and projects to Manager Operation & Support Ensures that deviation reports are created in case of major incidents occur Identifies potential problems on an early stage and works closely with Manager Operation & Support to avoid or eliminate them (for example technical, staff or customer issues) Works closely with Team Leader Helpdesk and continuously monitors the SA/SS' cases <b>Din bakgrund</b> Strong customer orientation Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft, VMware and Citrix environments Strong knowledge in server hardware, workstations, communication and thin client technology Strong multi-tasking skills Good Team-leading skills Good learning abilities and interest in new technologies Good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English Team Leader Operations has documented experience (+3 years) from similar position and (+5 years) from a System Administrator position in a process oriented organization. <b>Ort</b> Stockholm, Solna <b>Språk</b> Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift <b>Tillträde</b> Så snart som möjligt.Du kommer att arbeta som konsult via Dfind till vår kund med avsikt att gå över i anställning till kunden efter cirka sex månader. <b>Ansökan</b> Ansök via knappen här nedan.
