Overall purpose of the job
As part of the European BMC team, the Business Account executive role is to manage and grow the revenue of an existing Spanish/Norwegian/Swedish/Danish account base and is focused around the following:
A. Customer relationship management: planning, building, maintaining the relationship via telephone and email with key contacts and decision makers of the SME and Corporate account base to ensure that customers expectations and contractual obligations are met in order to manage and reduce churn.
B. New business: identifying and addressing new up & cross sell opportunities to protect and grow the existing revenue streams of the account base.

The objective of the candidate is to secure and manage long term profitable business (revenue) from the named account base and therefore to be the local point of contact for customers for all Business and Sales related queries.

Main Tasks
1. Hit outbound (80%) and inbound (20%) Sales activity via phone based up & cross selling.
2. Gain clear understanding of the current communication requirements of a customer to determine which company services can meet the customer's demands.
3. Understand a customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making process.
4. Log and refer prospect leads to the relevant Sales Teams.

Requirements
Higher Education
Min 2 years of business experience
Telesales experience
Energetic, pro-active &result driven
Presistent & confident
Eager to learn & to develop personal skills
Native speaker (SPANISH / NORWEGIAN / SWEDISH / DANISH)
Language skills (fluently English)
Consultative Selling skills (create opportunities, negotiation, persuasion)
Presentation & proposal writing skills
Computer literate (o.a. Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
