Business Analyst

You will be part of a team, responsible for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), used by our manufacturing sites globally. In the team six developers work to keep track of and drive the patient specific customer order processes. Our team supports production sites in US, Sweden, Belgium, Ukraine and Japan and is also responsible for the integration between online ordering platforms, the ERP and the backend applications.

Your tasks
As a Business Analyst, you are the interface between the developers and the stakeholders. You will also coordinate testing, together with the test team in US and the development team in Mölndal

Your key accountabilities are;
Identifying, analyzing, documenting and prioritizing requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders in US, Belgium, Japan and Sweden.
Support project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development.
Support creating and executing of detailed testing plans, both manual and automated

To be successful in this role we believe you have:
An academic background, with relevant university degree within computer science and experience as a Business Analyst
Ability to analyze project requirements and communicate with developers as well as stakeholders
A strong drive to achieve results & excellence in the job, with attitude to make things happen
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English


It is considered an advantage if you are certified in IREB, REQB or equivalent, have experience as Project Leader and agile methods, software testing and is familiar with Team Foundation Server.
