As Business Analyst, you work every day together with teams and decision makers to come to better decisions, identify new opportunities and initiate actions that will make Aspen grow and our customers happy. Your tools are data, facts and figures, to which you add insights and recommendations. You will be leading performance management for one or more areas. This requires passion for and ability to spot business opportunities behind data, an analytical and business drive mind-set and strong communication skills.

This is what you will do:

The Aspen Group is growing geographically and with new brands. As a Business Analyst you will drive the growth plan in the business. In that transformation, the aim is to scale up processes and working methods and create conditions for achieving growth. You will drive change and development over several business areas and coordinating different processes, i.e. range dimensioning, internal pricing and sales and supply planning across the Business areas. The goal is to develop the business and concepts and create opportunities for growth. You will work close to the managing director and management team with the overall perspective spanning from sales and business development to how changes effects the production. As a Business Analyst you will work with the main processes in the business with the aim to drive growth and lead project and portfolio management as well as general range management on overall level.

You will have a adjunct part of the management team and report to the general manager. The position is located at our production site in Hindås, outside Göteborg.
This is what you need to succeed:

You have:

- Experience from working with performance management, such as Business controller
- Experience from informal leadership and coaching others
- An academic degree within finance, business administration, economics or similar
- Knowledge of calculation systems, MS office package, reporting tools and business information tools
- Knowledge in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

- Analytical and solution-oriented with great problem-solving skills
- Flexible in your approach and comfortable at making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to build strong relationships and communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, being able to navigate and influence across the organization.
- Having a holistic mindset where you work strategically with a long-term perspecive.
- Goal oriented with the ability to implement, deliver results and follow up.
- You are humble, have willpower and the ability to create togetherness and enthusiasm around you.
