What’s in it for you?
As we are in the journey to strengthen our products, your task is to be Business Analyst in the area of Vendor and Wholesale customer invoicing. This has been our core business for many years and a deep understanding in the business processes and systems solution is necessary to help create, build and nurture the solutions in the area. In this role, you will be the person driving improvements across the board and maximize value by helping to decide upon priorities in the digital product team’s backlog, from a business perspective to streamline the execution, while maintaining technical integrity of the features/components.
What you’ll do & responsibilities
Understanding the Volvo car strategies and developing the existing systems landscape to work seamlessly with the new initiatives.
Working together with various groups within the company to come up with the best possible solutions to suit the need of the company.
Capturing requirements on the product from various stakeholders, e.g. business users and architects
Understand the accounting consequences of the business for the respective market and coordinate initiatives related to this
Ensuring that the current and developed solutions are fully scalable and fit for future.
Building, prioritizing, deciding and refining the stories in the backlog including defects and enablers
Find and target areas for improvement with a strong focus on automation.
Support during development and sign off UAT
Work with delivery teams to refine processes and solve operational issues
Detecting dependencies with other products

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
University degree in Business Administration, IT or Engineering with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes, preferably from the Automotive industry
Extensive SAP knowledge with hands on experience in Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes, preferably in the VISA solution.
Understanding of the complete E2E sales flow processes in Volvo Cars, both from an accounting and system perspective.
Experience in developing and implementing strategies and the ability to lead new initiatives.
Develop good relationships with stakeholders and have an understanding of their processes and involvement.
Communicative and customer focused with high level of business acumen
Change driven with the ability to implement change within the Volvo Cars culture
Engaged and results oriented with the ability to encourage and influence people
Understanding of the Agile methodologies
Fluent in English, both verbally and written
