The role

MAJORITY is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Stockholm. We are seeking data driven candidates with a background in engineering, business or marketing.

In this role you will be part of MAJORITY’s Growth team, and you will report to the Head of Lifecycle Management and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities 


Helps us develop a deep understanding of our customers and their behaviours

Identifies opportunities for our lifecycle management team to increase performance

Evaluates the impact of activation, on boarding, retention and win-back efforts

Translates questions from the business into easily understood analyses and insights

Together with our BI & Data team, develop our day-to-day reporting and monitoring

Delivers ad hoc analysis requests for the management team and for the board



Qualifications:


Bachelor degree in business, engineering, marketing, or relevant fields

At least 2 years experience in similar positions

Proven experience working with tools like Looker and Amplitude

Knowledge of a programming languages such as R and Python are a big plus

Experience of SQL is a big plus

Previous track record from working in a high growth, fast paced company is desiderable
