ADS (Application Delivery Services) Marketing & Sales (M&S) is the department within Volvo Cars IT responsible for providing IT deliveries to the Marketing & Sales Departments.
This job posting is for a position supporting Business & Volume Optimization Department in the area of Ordering and related applications.
As part of ADS M&S working specifically as Business Analyst for Business &
Volume Optimization Department your responsibilities will be to:
Create current state process models with business partners
Create future state process models with business partners
Establish roadmap for achieving future state with business and IT
Provide direction for business partner and IT teams in creatin functional specifications and their translation to IT design requirements
Gather and document business requirements with business partners and business users
Participate in the planning, creation and execution of the solutions
Facilitate and contribute to project chartering sessions
Work with business partners to identify project business value
Present and reviews business analysis results of supported project/initiatives to IT and business
Liaising with colleagues within Premier Automotive Group (PAG) and Ford Motor Company (FMC) to evaluate, select and deploy common solutions, in line with business strategy and business case evaluations
You will have experience of and be able to demonstrate:
Business/System analysis skills
RUP (Business modelling & Requirements)
Fluency in written and oral English
Supplier/agency management experience
At least 5 years IT experience
Knowledge of Car Ordering process
Personal Profile:
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment with IT-tools/System development
Academic degree preferable
Some travel will be required
