Assignment Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team for the B2B Program. This position requires expertise in business analysis, particularly within the banking sector. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Swedish and possess a strong background in B2B operations such as leasing and factoring.
What you’ll do:
· Collaborate closely with the Configuration Lead, Business stakeholders, and Vendors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the system requirements and business needs.
· Assist in configuring and documenting product configurations based on the identified requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Develop tutorials and user guides to support product configuration and enhance the overall user experience.
Who you are:
· A minimum of 5 years of proven experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking industry.
· Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
· Strong understanding of B2B operations, particularly leasing and factoring.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and business requirements.
· Proficient in documenting and communicating technical information effectively.
