Business Analyst - Car Sharing

Business Analyst - Car Sharing
In the role as Business Analyst Car Sharing you will take a pragmatic and data driven approach to help develop and improve car-sharing operational processes and deliver a best in class user experience.

Car sharing touches almost every department within Lynk & Co, you will become an expert in car-sharing operational processes reporting to the head of car-sharing but working across the company with functions such as mobile app, payments, logistics, engagement centre etc.

This role is based in Gothenburg.

What you'll do

- Manage cross functional requirements, set up workshops and meetings - “Make the requirements less dumb.”
- Try and delete parts of the operational process / customer journey rather than continuously adding steps and procedures to solve problems.
- If the process must exist, how can it be simplified or optimised?
- Review: Setup KPI’s and processes to continuously review and update and improve
- Where appropriate, drive automation.
- Work across the company testing car sharing features, processes and back office tools
- Provide documentation and expert car sharing knowledge to stakeholders


What you should have

- Be a highly motivated self-starter - this is more important than experience.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and data driven ways of working
- Excellent communication skills
- Be adaptable
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
