In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Join our business transformation journey and implementation of the Strategic Initiative - Financial Health & Advice, supporting Swedbank’s future savings and advice services.

- Use your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to define and explain current and future needs and requirements.

- Be a part of the implementation of the future operating model related to savings back-end services involving both retained and outsourced functions

- Collaborate with stakeholders in different business areas to ensure that our deliveries are received in the best possible way

- Ensure quality and improve our reports to customers and authorities

- Work together with some fantastic knowledgeable colleagues and learn new things every day

What is needed in this role:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one…

- Business knowledge and interest in the Savings Area

- Be curious and wiling to find solutions to challenging topics

- Take own initiatives without the need of a detailed instructions

- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering is a plus

- Very good communication skills and being fluent in English, both written and oral
