The IT department at Scania is currently undergoing a very exciting change towards Agile methods and high-performance development teams. We strive to transform the IT landscape and digitalize our business model, making this the perfect time for you to join us on this exciting journey!

Within the department Order to Delivery (O2D), we have created a new group focusing on Demand to Cash (D2C). This D2C business department runs multiple initiatives across the company to improve productivity and more.

Your task
You will work cross-functionally over the IT organization in collaboration with solution architects and several delivery teams. You will also be responsible for running processes, for business demand to IT service and to follow up on status in different projects.
Overall, you will secure a seamless development and implementation process from idea to reality.
Functioning as a link between business development within D2C and the IT department.

Your profile
To be successful in this role, you ought to enjoy working in an agile environment while aiming to resolve business challenges. For some of the initiatives, you will also run the implementations. Furthermore, you like working in a cross-functional environment where you help the business area to create short and long-term roadmaps based on strategies.

Having a close dialogue with the business is natural to you, as to understand the IT organizations deliverables. You have a good knowledge of IT, interested in business processes and technical discussions in order to support building IT services.

It is an advantage if you have prior experience of working with D2C or Order Logistics. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
