Company IKEA of Sweden AB has the assignment to determine and develop the IKEA Product Range, including products, packaging solutions and service products. IKEA of Sweden is based in Älmhult – the heart of IKEA and the centre of IKEA range development and supply chain.

About the HR Digitalisation

The HR Digitalisation encompasses several initiatives to strengthen People and Culture processes and tools within Inter IKEA Group, and to build capabilities for us to work more closely together. These capabilities are the foundation for efficient People and Culture processes, supported by high quality and real time data for faster and better decision making. To enable value adding and collaborative ways of working and improve the employment journey.

We are now looking for a Risk and Compliance Specialist supporting operations and development of our People and HR Solution Workday.

You will work closely with solution team members but also other colleagues working with People and Culture community based globally. You will report to the Digital People and Culture manager at Core Business Range.

This is a permanent position as Risk and Compliance specialist for Workday.  

Your assignment is to secure Risk & Compliance capabilities to support the design, running business and further development of Workday solution. You will work with periodic checks on actions and deliverables to help Workday solution management team to navigate in the right direction.

You will ensure Workday as a solution is data privacy proof, secure co-worker master data integrity and build a good practice for authorization management process.

To enable our People and Culture community to increase efficiency and enhance co-worker self-service to better support productivity, security, and compliance.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

Authorization management
Periodically assess and follow-up on the risks and violations with Workday as business solution. 
Secure periodic assessment and update of existing risks & controls, the ruleset, authorization matrix, roles and compensating controls in close cooperation with People and Culture community
 Analyze and report on SoD (Segregation of Duties) violations
Data Privacy
Periodic monitoring of the implementation and application of internal data protection policies and processes.
Define and follow-up on internal/external data privacy requirements
Master data management
Prevent and support follow-up of possible master data breaches and define action plan in close cooperation with People and Culture teams.
You will contribute to constantly developing and improving the ways of working with Workday and integrated solutions.

Position is located in Älmhult (Sweden).
