Description

The role would contain the following responsibilities:

- Acting owner of workforce planning process
- Drive and collect monthly resource forecast submissions
- Follow-up on teams with no submissions
- Analytics e.g. compare FinTool and Clarity resource forecast
- Clarity data responsible
- Set-up and execute on a bi-weekly temporary process for resource data updates in Clarity (will be solved once CDS->Clarity integration is up and running)
- Training lead and support to new onboarded Managers/Activity Owners
- Work with P&C to include workforce planning in onboarding package
- Set-up training package for new Resource Managers/Activity Owners
- On-need-basis workforce planning support to Managers/Activity Owners


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Understanding of resource planning/capacity management
- Understanding of financial processes
- Experience from leading and planning system training sessions
- Experience of driving change
- Strong in communication and analytical skills
- Excellent English


Preferred competence and experience:

- Experience with CA PPM, Clarity staffing module
- Experience with Power BI


Three most important things Experience

1. Communication and analytical skills 4-7 years experience (Senior)

2. Experience from leading and planning system training 1-3 years experience (Junior)

3. Understanding of resource planning/capacity management 1-3 years experience (Junior)
