Within the department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT we have a group with focus on D2P (Demand to plan) IT. The D2P business organization run multiple initiatives across the company to enable and improve global planning, order processes and Supply Chain challenges in general. You have a chance to work with three awesome development teams that are known for being innovative. The teams are co-located with our product owners and business representatives in an organization with a servant leadership style.

What you will do 

You will be working cross functional with our business to understand their needs, transforming them into requirements for developing applications within Production & Logistics. You will: 


• Support the product owners by helping them analyse the business domain using modelling techniques in process-, concept-, information- and goal- modelling
• Write user stories
• Work with product backlog grooming
• Create product roadmaps
• Run or be a part of discovery sprints



Your profile 

You preferably have an academic education in IT, Business Administration or similar. Relevant Work experience of minimum 3-4 years is required. You have experience with: 


• Business architecture
• Requirements analysis
• Communication of concepts to a technical audience

Merit if worked/familiar with:


• Astrakan method within Business Modelling
• Solution architecture
• Data extraction and analysis techniques
• Supply chain management
• Swedish Language

You should be a good facilitator and have strong communication skills in verbal and written English. You enjoy working in an agile environment and understand the meaning of the Agile Manifesto. You have high conceptual ability, take initiatives and have a problem solving mindset.
