If so, then we are looking for you to join the Services business excellence and operations team of this leading company whitin the IT industry. 

The role has a wide scope and includes an extensive network with multiple stakeholders, both in Sweden as well as international. In this role you must be able to work proactively, be a master at multitasking and have ability to adapt your day-to-day work to a fast-developing business environment.

Typical Day in the Role

-Support the segment managers to gather, analyze and advise on data related to key business metrics. The focus will be on both sales and delivery analysis.

- Educate sales and delivery managers on reports relevant to their role.

-Work closely with the business manager to clarify and land existing and/or new operations-related processes and projects in the subsidiary. For example drive projects to deploy a new tool and be the subsidiary point of contact to report back on project development topics with EMEA

-Work closely with delivery managers on contract and portfolio health reviews. Support portfolio owners on project profitability and invoice related topics.

-Manage pipeline improvement initiatives and educate sales teams of related topics.

- Lead sales data related improvement projects /initiatives by WE HQ teams (Western Europe headquarters).


 Top 3 requirements

-1-3 yrs relevant experience

-Advanced Excel Skills

-Bachelor’s Degree preferred within Finance, Business or Sales.
