Description

The client is looking for Business Architect/ServiceNow Expert with Business & Processes Consultancy Knowledge to support its Finance and Operation transformation program. The role will work closely with the business to gather and collect ServiceNow requirements, define and agree on the business logic, and create process flows & user stories for ServiceNow development. The role will be part of Enabling Technology team and be involved in process design activities, and mapping of the process to ServiceNow capabilities.

The main responsibilities of the Business Architect will be:

- Document requirements
- Analyse the requests and map requirements to ServiceNow logic/capabilities
- Provide process expertise
- Design and document web-based form
- Create communication material towards Business Units and other stakeholder groups


Mandatory competence and experience:

Technology skills

- Knowledge in the following systems: - ServiceNow CSM - Case Management
- ServiceNow CSM - Knowledge management
- ServiceNow CSM - Reports and SLAs



- Knowledge in system Testing (e.g. run SITs and UATs)
- Operation Model - understand support models and processes (e.g. Event/Incident management)
- Knowledge in SAP Solution Manager can be a benefit
- MS Office - ability to prepare power point presentations


Business skills

- Know and Understand Procurement and Accounting/Finance processes
- Ability to design processes on Visio or equivalent system



Soft skills:

- English (fluent in speaking and writing)
- Good Presentation Skills
- Good Communication Skills


Preferred competence and experience:

- ServiceNow CSM process consultant
- Business analysis ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Business Architect-senior
