Responsibilities ------------------------------------- Leading/Contributing to the delivery of business consulting projects Involvement in the development of proposals and other sales support to the Business Consulting principals Involvement in the development of methodology, tools, and other knowledge resources Involvement in professional development activities Person Requirements ------------------------------------------- Has strong telecom-industry expertise and/or solid consulting experience in at least two of the six the areas outlined above Exceeds client expectations, builds confidence and long-term relationships, and has strong team-leadership skills.Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) Able to demonstrate experience of leading consulting projects with telecoms operators Pro-active, with strong communication, creativity, problem solving and decision-making skills Able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.Capable of working both independently and leading teams and be comfortable working in unstructured situations and solving non-standard problems Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and presentation) with the ability to discuss requirements with customer management (up to C-level) and Present solutions to the same Uses structured thinking and proven methodologies on projects Between 3 and 10+ years of experience
