Business Controller

Do you want to become the first-ever business controller at one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the market? Congratulations! This is your chance.
We are growing. Fast! And we need someone to analyze our financial data, to help us make more data-driven decisions. This a new role in our Finance team, so there is every opportunity to affect the processes and ways of working, in relation to your role. By your side, you will have our financial controllers and accountants, as well as a team of business developers who help set up our reporting structures in e.g., Microsoft Power BI and Business Central.
Your work will primarily be focused towards analyzing our financial data, but you will also need to cooperate with our other business units – to identify our most relevant KPIs and monitor budgets, in order to better understand and develop our company. In other words, you will work with lots of different stakeholders, and we expect you lead your projects with excellent communicate skills.

About the role
Your areas of responsibility will include:
Analysis and reporting of costs, results, and other KPIs
Financial reporting and development of new reports
Budgeting and forecasting
Defining and optimizing the processes you work in
Supporting the organization in making more data-driven decisions
Creating business cases



Requirements
High level in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
Minimum 2 years in a similar position
Analytical and communicative with the ability to work independently
Swedish and English language proficiency


Other Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
Experience working in Microsoft Business Central and Power BI
Experience from working in a startup or international company
That you thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of change
High level business English
