Business Controller

As a Business Controller in Bilfinger you will be part of a team working with accounting, controlling, procurement and IT with around 15 people. You will report to the CFO and have 3 main responsibilities; controller HQ functions and manage our Forecast, responsible for internal control and budget process for Bilfinger Sweden.

Duties
As a controller for one of our Hq units you will work with:  
* Monthly closings
* Budgets and forecast
* Development of processes in the finance area
* Support to HQ functions


As responsible for managing Forecast and budget process:
* Set timetable and process for yearly budget and quarterly forecast
* Manage our business intelligence system where budget and Forecast is entered (mercur)
* Report actual, forecast and budget into consolidation system


As responsible for Internal Control at Bilfinger you will work with:  
* Responsible for internal control processes and controls
* Responsible for coordination and execution of control self-assessments
* Identification of risks and implementation controls.
* Support Process and Control Owner in the development of a remediation plans

Competence
We are looking for you who worked with finance for a couple of years. You are a driven and analytical person who has easy to collaborate with other people and is responsible, initiative-oriented and self-employed. You sit centrally and manage decision support system and use SAP as an ERP system, so it is valuable with experience and talent for systems. We see that you are/have:

* Education in business administration or a comparable education
* Experience of a couple of years in industry, audit or consulting
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* High level of own initiative
* Social competence



The job is a 100% permanent employment and the postion is placed in Kungälv.
