Mölnlycke is now looking for a Business Controller in the ORS business area to join our Business controlling.
About the job:
The purpose of the position is to create value by providing insights for ORS functions, thus influencing their business counterparts to make better decisions. Also to challenge the status quo and champion finance as well as enterprise-level transformation and to support strategy execution and decision-making.
You will be a trusted finance partner for ORS stakeholders and act as key contact for stakeholders, translate and direct to relevant parties.
Together with the Finance Director ORS Operations you will plan and lead the product cost update process with clear communication ensuring milestones are delivered in a timely manner.

Within primary focus areas this role has the following key accountabilities:
Be a finance business partner for the ORS R&D and Marketing function. This includes leading the forecast process, monthly follow up of performance and providing financial support in different areas.
Participate in ORS product development projects as finance representative, ensuring correctness and quality of data along with challenging input and assumptions.
Together with Finance Director ORS Operation lead the standard cost process for ORS , perform financial analysis of contract manufacturing FAMC and provide finance support to ORS procurement.
Ensure communication with ORS Manufacturing finance in regards to ways of working, policies and processes on financial matters.
Support in the strategic costing process for ORS and ensure that strategic costing is planned and reported correctly
Communicate changes to and requirements for material master data to all relevant stakeholders with regards to FAMCs
Coordinator in ORS overall forecasting process, give guidance and ensure a good communication.
Cross BA functionality: Lead the deliveries and milestones throughout the product costing update process, from setting timeplan to rolling the new costing in operational model.
Coordinate clearly communicated routines to all parties concerned.


What you’ll need…
To be successful in this role you’ll need Intellectual curiosity, bias for action and problem solving, agile decision making and calculated risk-taking, confidence and maturity to challenge peers, coping with ambiguity and championing change and stretching beyond comfort zone.
You’ll also need to have commercial and organizational acumen, communication and influence skills, relationship and stakeholder management experience with business insight and decision support, strategic thinking, appreciation for technology, global mindset and adaptability making sense of complexity.

Preferred background:
Education with a relevant finance degree
At least 5 years of experience from different aspects of business control
Fluent in English
Skills in Excel and SAP
