YOUR ROLE AT BENIFY

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our great Finance Team. The role is within our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team and entails great responsibility and opportunities to develop from day one.

Examples of daily work tasks are:

• Developing and improving KPI reporting.
• Conducting product and country profitability calculations and analysis.
• Supporting managers with financial analysis.
• Preparing and analyzing monthly financial and management reports.
• Developing and improving internal controls of the company.
• Assisting with annual budget and 12 months rolling forecasting.
• Working with ad-hoc business cases.



WHO ARE YOU?

You have 3-5 years of experience from working independently with business controlling. Furthermore, you have very strong Excel skills and you are used to develop sophisticated Excel models, analytic functions and you have a flair for KPI reporting.

You shall also:

• Have a university degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Have very strong analytical skills and a talent for numbers.
• Be fluent in English (written and oral). Fluency in Swedish is an advantage.
• Have a can-do attitude and pro-actively aim for improving current standards.


You thrive for working in a flexible environment of rapid growth and execution with tight deadlines. Since we are growing rapidly internationally, former experience from international businesses is a big advantage for the position. Previous work as a Business Controller in a similar business to Benify is also an advantage.

As a person you are a team player and a fun person to work with. Competencies such as accuracy and being structured is important due to high quality standards on your work. You also have strong communication skills. Start: May 2017 but preferably sooner. However, we prefer “Ms./Mr. Right” to “Ms./Mr. Right Now”
