Business Controller Division Car Accessories

COMPANY PRESENTATION Division Car Accessories Europe/Asia is the largest division within the Thule Group, the world?s leading supplier of load carriers for cars.The Division manufactures and sells roof racks, roof boxes, bike carriers and accessories under the premium brand Thule.The Division, based in Hillerstorp, Sweden, has six production facilities in Europe and Asia.The Thule Group has approx.3,700 employees at over 30 production and sales locations in all major car markets in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.Pro forma sales amount to SEK 5.2 billion. As Business Controller you will work with business controlling for the Division Car Accessories Europe/Asia and be an important part of financial projects within Thule's biggest division.Your mission will be to provide the Divisional Management and local sites with analysis business data and financial numbers. Your main tasks are: 1.Carry out profitability analysis on a regular basis as per set structures as well as ad hoc analysis.2.Develop financial routines and work with local implementation.3.Have a good general understand of the Movex system and use, especially within the financial area and supporting the local sites in their enhancement of the system.4.Work closely with Vice President Finance for the Division to enhance financial processes.5.Project tasks of Business Controlling nature.6.Participate in the overall financial reporting.We believe that this position will develop our performance to continuously improve the financial reporting system in terms of accuracy and simplicity.Furthermore we expect to see development of management account and profitability analysis as well as an improved and trustful relationship built with the Division's site controllers.Profile You have an Academic degree in Business Administration and experience from manufacturing industry.We take for granted that you have well documented experience (3-4 years)from accounting and group reporting routines, operating in a large business system.A major advantage is experience of the Movex system, but also data warehouse tools, like Qlik view.We expect you to like a fast moving environment and have a passion and understanding for general business and the drivers behind the numbers.You are well structured and use a professional approach in your interaction with others as well as analysing the numbers.We like people with a great sense of humour and who are team players.You will be placed in Malmö but will be asked to be frequently in Hillerstorp as well as at other of the Division's European sites.
