Business Controller / Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Controller / Financial Analyst for a company in Gothenburg. Start is July 1st, 9 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Key Responsibilities

Drive OPEX follow-up (actuals vs. budget / forecast) and unification of ways of working across the organization


Assist in monthly closing and estimate processes


Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses


Structure, clean, and improve data management


Support initiatives related to digitalization and automation of reporting


Explore and support development of Power BI dashboards and tools



Who You Are

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar


1-3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or business analysis


Strong interest in data, analytics, and business performance


Understanding of basic financial concepts (P&L, costs, budgeting)



Skills & Competencies

Very strong Excel skills and other Microsoft Office tools


Interest and experience with Power BI, data visualization, or automation tools


Curiosity about AI and digital solutions in finance is a plus


Very good analytical skills and attention to detail


Structured and proactive mindset


Ability to collaborate across teams



This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is July 1st, 9 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
