Freudenberg Household Products is a global international leader within mechanical household cleaning products and is one Business Group of the German family-owned Freudenberg Group (with Sales exceeding 45 billion SEK).The Nordic organization runs Consumer and Professional business, marketing the strong and well-known brands Vileda, Wettex and Swep through own sales organizations in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.Freudenberg is strengthening the business controlling function for the Nordic Consumer and Professional Sales Companies and therefore searches for the Future Manager Business Controlling. Job Profile - As a Nordic Business Controller you will: .Monitor, challenge and change business processes to meet agreed objectives with optimizing efficiency and correctness..Challenge and support the organisation to find more cost-efficient solutions and to avoid capital expenditure/investments which do not meet the financial target criteria of the FHPGroup..Be the key contact person for the Professional Division..Secure an efficient Management Reporting on time in expected quality..Search for efficient accounting and IT methods and systems and take care of their proper application..Participate in the Professional Nordic Leadership team and participate in country specific sales-, logistic- and marketing meetings in order to learn the business, share information, support the organization and apply processes.The position is based in Malmö but will require travelling in the Nordic region.Your Profile - We are looking for a high performing individual with the following qualifications: .Academic degree in Business Administration with 3-5 years of financial accounting/business controlling experience and solid financial and accounting skills .Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and in SAP R/3 .Fluent in English, written and oral .Strong leadership and communication skills with proven solution orientation and capabilities in creating team spirit .Reliable, trustworthy and able to sustain pressure - high integrity with the ability to manage and to solve conflicts and tough business matters in a constructive way .Strong drive and ability to deliver results, tasks, projects on time in expected quality - driven by objectives and results (target oriented) .Strong analytical and strategic skills, but also pragmatic and hands-on .Self-starter with high self motivation and strong drive for initiative and decision making .Experience from B2C & B2B industry and an international co-operation is a merit We offer - By working at FHP you gain a unique chance to be a part of building and developing some of the true Nordic Sales Processes.You will have the opportunity to: .Obtain a challenging position in a company constantly striving for optimisation and innovation with a strong focus on customer orientation..Be a part of an open-minded environment and motivated professionalism, quick decision-making and own responsibility for objectives and strategies agreed upon..Develop in an international environment and providing successful fulfilment in the current position to be appointed the next Manager Business Controlling Nordic Sales.Please send CV and a cover letter, via www.wise.se/jobb, no later than March 21.
